As of 1st November 2019 onwards, the following CANCELLATION POLICY applies to all bookings;
At least 48 hours notice is to be given for any cancellations or appointment changes: If you do wish to rearrange your appointment and you give at least 48 hours notice, there will be no charge.
Any cancellations made with BETWEEN 24-48 HOURS notice will be subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment cost. This cancellation fee is payable via bank transfer no later than 48 hours prior to your next visit.
Cancellations / appointment changes made with LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE of your scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of your appointment cost. This cancellation fee is payable via bank transfer no later than 48 hours prior to your next visit.
Please note; if the cancellation fee is not made 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment, it will be considered to be another cancellation and your subsequent appointment will be offered to someone else.
